Baklava - Crispy, flaky, nutty and sweet, this classic pastry will be on every Greek table for the holidays.  But you don't have to be Greek to enjoy this dessert.  Come join as we work with layers of filo dough, honey, and nuts to make this sumptuous dessert. A real crowd pleaser and it freezes beautifully.   This class can be taken as a hands-on or demonstration class.
